PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We ship exclusively on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY
Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave the package at a nearby collection point.

If you won’t be available, arrange for someone to receive the package or contact the courier for alternative delivery options.

Once a package is signed for, Hadiplay is no longer responsible for it.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, in rare cases, courier handling may cause damage.
If you receive a damaged package:
